Summer 2020, am I right?

Yeah, this should be one for the books.  What book I’m not entirely sure yet.

I just hope it’s not Revelation.

All jokes aside, if we do sit teetering on the edge of the Apocalypse you might as well have some feel good tracks to light the way.  Maybe music really is the answer and spreading some positive vibes through the power of song is exactly what the world needs right now.

First up is a rubbery bassline bumper by Alex Ridha aka Boyz Noise.  The German phenom is well-known in the dance community for his diversity and pulsing productions slapping together some incredible remixes for the likes of Depeche Mode, Snoop Dogg, The Black Eyed Peas and Daft Punk.  The funk continues here with Mvinline as he continues his march into the upper echelons of dance music fame with some disco licks to soothe your soul.

Block & Crown is known for their solid productions that hold true to the original foundations of house music.  They rarely disappoint with their disco-rooted compositions and the same can be said on this essential for your summer playlist.   Time for a little Sunshine.

With a name like Tommy Glasses you’ve got the see what they’re all about when that name blips onto your radar.  In My Head is a solid tech house number suited to life after midnight.  Take a look and take a listen.

Now that we’ve established some good vibes it’s time to kick things up a notch a spread a little dirt around.  I’ve been bumping Sonny Fodera for years and this tag team on Moving Blind with Dom Dolla continues his run of quality productions.

JT James is a DJ, producer and writer based out of Vancouver, Canada.   A veteran of the DJ and recording worlds. he has produced several projects in the genres of hip hop and electronic music under various aliases such as James Divine, Track Nicholson and Sandy Villanova.  Be on the lookout for his upcoming single with underground hip hop legend Ras Kass and his electronic music collaboration with Comfortron, in 2020.
